Before this year, I was just knitting a sweater. When I entered the world of crochet sweaters and specially designed my own free crochet sweater patterns, I realized that these can be completely modern, easy to make, and often much faster than knitting a sweater! (All free crochet sweater patterns can be found here!)

Now that I have set up, I see so many amazing free crochet sweater patterns floating around the internet that I decided to gather some of my favorites for all of you in one place.

As the weather is cooling rapidly, there is no better time than this to create your favorite crochet sweater patterns and make as many as possible! You need all the warmth (and style) you can get in these colder months.

These crochet sweater patterns are perfect for autumn walks, air-conditioned offices, or even freezing-cold sections in grocery stores.

Here we have a free crochet sweater pattern that you can get started with. Crochet for yourself or for your family and friends!

Since I was working on my velvet blanket, I was looking forward to putting my hands (here) on more of velvet to make a top. This is just the lightest and softest yarn and I just can’t get enough! It turned out to be the most comfortable shirt I’ve ever made.

This sweater is so funny because it has a knitted look but is totally crocheted. Unlike most of my blouses, this one has very few stitches because most of it in the round is embroidered with double crochet stitches. With this thread, I wanted to make a timeless tee that was fashion-like, workable and totally informal.
